The SSC will hold the Combined Higher Secondary Level (10 + 2) Examination 2023 in Computer Based Mode for recruitment to the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Data Entry Operator, Grade “A” in different Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of Government of India and their Attached and Subordinate Offices.

Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on 1st August 2023.
Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC and Plus 10 years for PwBD.

Eligibility Criteria: For LDC / JSA, PA / SA, DEO: Candidates must have passed Matric with 12th class standard or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
For DEO in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): Matric with 12th class pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized board or equivalent.
Selection Process:
The examination will consist of a Computer based Written Examination (Tier-I), Descriptive Paper (Tier-II) and Typing Test/ Skill Test (Tier-III) Examination for the post of Data Entry Operator, Postal Assistant & Sorting Assistant (PA/SA) and Lower Division Clerk.
